SHUTDOWNS

-In the event that schools are shut down for any reason, we will conduct classes online.  There are no refunds offered.

Enrollment      

-Students are enrolled on a first come first served basis. Tuition is due upon registration. Without payment via Venmo/Paypal, a spot is not guaranteed. 

Estrellitas en Español does NOT offer refunds for missed classes.

–If class is cancelled due to an Estrellitas en Español teacher difficulty, a credit will be issued for a future class.

 There are no make-up classes.

Attendance 

– What we do in class involves active participation, so it is very important that your child attends. If you know in advance that your child will not be attending the class, please notify via email/text. Refunds/make-ups/credits are not issued for non-attendance of a class. 

Scholarship

- To qualify, medical and or current tax doc MUST be submitted BEFORE PAYMENT IS MADE. Send to maggie@estrellitasenespanol.com

Health 

– Healthy children are better learners; please do not send children who have had a 

fever, vomiting, earache, diarrhea, eye discharge, severe cough/runny nose within 24 hours.
